Terms of service
Rudra Photo Studio provides photography for weddings, engagement and pre-wedding shoots, haldi, mehendi and sangeet, birthdays, anniversaries and parties, personal portraits and small corporate events.
A booking is confirmed once we share a written quote on WhatsApp or email, you accept it, and the advance stated in that quote is received. The quote lists the date, hours, team and what you receive.
Please share correct event details (date, time, venue and contact person). Changes on the day that add hours or locations may be charged as per the quote.
First booking offer: 10% off
New customers get 10% off the quoted photography fee on their first booking with Rudra Photo Studio.
The offer is valid once per customer, must be mentioned before the booking is confirmed, and cannot be combined with any other offer. It does not apply to travel, venue or third-party costs.
Payments, rescheduling and cancellation
The advance reserves your date and team. The balance is payable as written in your quote.
If you need to change the date, tell us as early as possible. We will move your booking to a new date if our team is available.
Cancellation and refund terms are written in your quote before you pay. Please read them before confirming.
Photo delivery
Edited photos are delivered online in the format and timeline written in your quote.
Please download and keep a copy of your photos. We keep backup copies for a limited time only.
Photo usage and copyright
You may use your photos for personal use, printing and sharing with family and friends.
We will only use your photos on our website or social pages with your permission.
Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to arrange your booking: your name, phone number, email and event details, shared by you on WhatsApp, phone or email.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our own team members working on your event.
This website may use cookies and similar tools from advertising partners such as Google to measure visits and ad performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
